"Friendship Online Supervisor"

Post by Jules »

When I got home tonight from GGG rehearsal (wherein we recorded a parody of BNL's "If I Had A Million Dollars" for a client), my two wee ones raced into the kitchen screaming, "talent show! talent show"

Owen began doing this hysterical spastic dance ending with a tradtional "ta da!" kind of pose. Evan was not to be outdone. Though only three, he hopped on one foot with his other leg arabesqued out behind him will singing an amalagamation of ABCD's, "Slippery Fish" and a stream of consciousness rambling about baking chocolate cookies. He ended by posing on the floor in the Texas Deb's full floor bow (I think by accident) saying, Thanks Everybody!

Owen finished the night with his solo rendition of what I believe to be an original song, "Friendship Online Supervisor", a song of such meaning and depth that I felt I needed to share it with you, so it might make your own light shine a little brighter.

The care bears all didn't know what to do.
They knew what to do at first, but then they didn't.
They called their friendship online supervisor and got him to help
And then everybody knew what to do.

I leave you with the hope we can all be each other's friendship online supervisor and I'm hoping someone will join me in a cagematch team of that name in the near future.

Night, dearies.
