For those of you who may not know, I am a wine enthusiast with a focus on sake. (the Japanese rice wine if you will.) I also give lectures on sake around the State, and have just finalized scheduling my next slot, which will be in Austin!!! I will be giving my lecture on the 27th of this month. I know it is a Friday and will pull people away from all the amazing prov that happens at the Hideout, but I would love to see some familiar faces in the audience. The lecture will be free, and will take place during the anime convention that will be in town that weekend. So please come, and hey, you might even learn something too!
