FACT OF THE DAY: Joseph Pujol (1857-1945) was a French entertainer known as Le Pétomane whose routine centered around his ability to fart on command. From 1892-1894 Pujol was a headlining attraction at the Moulin Rouge; his act included playing musical instruments via a tube in his rectum.
