FACT OF THE DAY: Tara, a chimpanzee at the Yerkes National Primate Research Center, has been observed carrying a dead rat and gently placing it on the head of a sleeping companion. When the chimp feels or smells the dead rat and jumps up, Tara reclaims it and finds a new victim.
