FACT OF THE DAY: The first coin ever minted by the United States was the “Fugio cent,” a penny designed by Benjamin Franklin. On the back are printed the words “MIND YOUR BUSINESS.” (This was meant as literal advice, and didn’t have the brusque tone that it does today.)
