FACT OF THE DAY: In 1974, North Korea purchased 1,000 Volvo 144 sedans from Sweden but never paid for them. Sweden sends North Korea a diplomatic reminder of the debt every six months, which it now values with interest at €300 million. Many of the Volvos are still in use.
