FACT OF THE DAY: In 1994, after Ohio resident Donald Miller abandoned his family and disappeared, his ex-wife Robin had him declared legally dead. In 2005 Donald reappeared and took his ex-wife to court, but lost—dead people only have three years to challenge their declaration. Miller remains alive, but legally dead in the state of Ohio.
