FACT OF THE DAY: Goodfellas and My Blue Heaven (both released 1990) were written simultaneously by husband and wife Nicholas Pileggi and Nora Ephron. One is a drama about a mobster who ends up in witness protection; the other is a comedy about a mobster currently dealing with being in witness protection.
