COLDTOWNE PERFORMER POLICIES
Call time - Call time for ALL ACTS is half an hour before the block of shows begin. IE: If the show block begins at 8:30, all acts are asked to be at the theater by 8pm (even if your act isn't performing first). Acts in the 10pm shows are asked to be at the theater by 9:30, etc...Please check in with the front of house intern when you arrive to let them know that your group is present and ready to perform.
Warm-Ups - Please be respectful of our neighbors and use the covered shell station parking lot next to I love video to warm up. This will help contain the sound of loud/fun warm ups.
Hosting - The "hosting" act will be the troupe performing last in any given show block. This act will be responsible for introducing the opening acts, and segueing between acts. If you have any questions about this process please consult with the interns on duty that evening, or email Cody (Cody@Coldtownetheater.com).
Dress Code - We ask that all performers do their best to dress "nice". At the least we ask that you please do not wear t-shirts with logos on the front.
Promoting Your Shows - Because our theater has multiple shows a night every night of the week, we ask that you please help us out by promoting your own show. The theater will do what it can to get audiences to your show, but the best way to ensure that you have a nice full house to perform to is to promote your own shows.
