Austin Improv Collective General Body Meeting
October 1, 2006 1 – 4pm

Members Present: Kristin F., Orf, Chris T., Shana M., Valerie W., Rachel M., Dave B., Wesley B., Christina d., Michael M.l, Andy C., Bob A., Roy J., Kaci B., Sara F., Jessica A., Jeremy L.

AIC Store
- still pending

AIC Membership
- Bob A. is still working on e-mailing members of the AIC improviser database.

Advertising
- Wes made list of publications around town where we can advertise
- Wes will post this list when he has finished fleshing it out.
- buying a video camera is a long-term goal so we can tape all our shows

AIC Thanksgiving Party
- On Sunday, November 12, 6-10 at Jen and Erin’s house
- There will be surprises
- Pot luck, but main dishes will be provided
- Group picture taken at 8pm
- Awards will be given to celebrate our awesomeness:
-->October 9 is deadline for suggesting award categories (there will be a thread on the forum)
-->October 13 is when voting starts. Deadline by October 20.
-->Top 3-5 in each category will be announced on October 23. May vote on those finalists until November 1.
-->Winners will be announced at the party.
- Body approved $100 for party

Season Passes
- Roy and Kaci will present proposals at next meeting

Scheduling
- deadline is October 6th for November/December schedule
- Dave is working with Chris T. to get Coldtowne Theater schedule out at the same time
- send info about improv classes in town to
- We’ll see if there are enough improvisers around to fill slots on Thanksgiving weekend Friday night. Roy may organize leftover party/show
- help fill TNA slots - e-mail suggestions to Chris and Dave
- Coldtowne schedule: Thursday at 8pm is Pgraph and Get Up, Friday at 8pm is “You’re Fatâ€
