FACT OF THE DAY: In 1992, Penn & Teller published a recipe for “Swedish Lemon Angels,” an innocuous-seeming recipe that explodes when you add a cup of lemon juice to five teaspoons of baking soda. Although it was initially presented as a joke, the same recipe is on food.com today with no warnings about what happens when you try to make it.
