Late Night Time Machine with Teddy Hancox is a time-travelling talk show from the questionably tasteless age of 1968, complete with guests flown in from anywhere across the history of mankind. From Socrates, Sigmund Freud, and Shirley Temple, to Bindi Irwin, Justin Bieber, and Paula Deen, no personality is too large or clash too great for hard-drinking, hard-smoking, hard-womaning host Teddy Hancox.
Come see Annie Oakley irresponsibly flail about with multiple firearms! Martha Stewart share craft secrets she learned in prison! And Marlon Brando from his glory years; the early 2000’s! Each episode will feature new guests and new mind-blowing adventures, unbelievable backstage interactions, and live commercials from an era of American history best left unremembered.
Unique episodes of Late Night Time Machine will be performed at 10PM every Friday in September at The Institution Theater. Starring James C. Leary as Teddy Hancox, with Sydney Huddleston as beleaguered stage manager Tildy Weatherspoon and Mike Carreon as Teddy’s sidekick, Bud Grouper, Chris Allen as David Lynch and Beethoven, Alex Ayala as Anne Frank, Tom Booker as Charles Manson, Ann K. Flynn as Bindi Irwin, Topping Haggerty as Julia Child, Alli Huston as Shirley Temple, Mike Kinald as Marlon Brando, Andrew Maniaci as Justin Bieber, Rebecca Marsh as Paula Deen, Heidi Rogers as Annie Oakley, Andrew Schwartz as Sigmund Freud, Callie Sharon as Martha Stewart, and Luke Wallens as Socrates.
Directed by Clifton Highfield. Created, produced, and written by Tess Hermes and Mason Pitluk.
