What improv taught me about social media
My name is Cliff. I've been an improviser since 1995. I work for a digital advertising agency in Seattle. In the advertising industry, we see a lot of brands who have no clue what to do when it comes to interacting with their social media audiences. I wrote this blog in response to what I saw.
