ColdTowne September Mainstage - "Live From ColdTowne!"

Hi AIC,

I’m announcing the auditions for an upcoming run of ColdTowne mainstage shows, “Live From ColdTowne, it’s Saturday Night!” The show will portray both Saturday Night Live style weekly sketches, and the improvised behind-the-scenes workings of the sketch show. Think “30 Rock” or “The Larry Sanders Show.”

We’re looking for writers, performers, and writer/performers! Fill out the form below to tell us a little bit about yourself. Writers will need to submit a sketch or a sketch premise (doesn’t matter if you’ve used it before, or if it’s something you made up on the spot). Performers will need to prepare a character monologue that could fit into the SNL-ethos (Drug addict, Network Exec, Angry Liberal, Born-Again Christian, YouTube Star, etc.).

Auditions will be Sunday, Jun 29 2-5 PM at the ColdTowne Conservatory. Rehearsals will be Saturdays 2-4PM in July and August, leading up to the show and tech rehearsals in September. Scheduling requirements will vary depending on your role in the show. Please do not audition if you think that you will not be able to commit.
