FACT OF THE DAY: Following a 1991 private plane crash, the bodies of the pilot and her passenger were found partially clothed, with the passenger seat in a fully reclined position. The NTSB later ruled that the cause of the crash was “the pilot’s improper inflight decision to divert her attention to other activities not related to the conduct of the flight.”
