Hey - I received this casting notice and it sounds fun so posting it.

It actually sounds like a lot of fun to go to, as well.

We are casting for the great horror campout, and coming to Austin in a few weeks and need actors ( auditions this week )

As seen on Shark Tank, Ten Thirty One Productions brings you another Horrifying Attraction! The Great Horror Campout is an overnight immersive camping experience: Summer Camp meets slasher film! Looking for professional actors to fill over 90 different roles for 2 live shows in each city. (Austin's are June 27th and 28th)

Performers must be:
18 or older
Professional and patient when dealing with the public
Be willing to wear full creature suit and/or makeup and/or heavy prosthetics
Extremely responsible and pay meticulous attention to safety
Be physically capable and willing to work in an outdoor setting overnight
Have a team player and enthusiastic attitude and lover horror
Have reliable transportation

Casting following general and specific characters:
-Acrobats/Martial Arts (male & female) Must be comfortable with partner cartwheel and backbends
-Dancers (male & female) You'll be taught basic modern/african/jazz routine at audition
-Creature Movers (male & female) looking for good creature movements and sounds
-Guitar player/Storyteller (male & female) must be skilled guitar player and excellent storyteller. bring guitar to audition and be ready to tell your favorite campfire story
-Little Monsters (male & female) 5'3 and under ONLY
-Tall Beasts All body types. MUST BE at least 6'4
-Motorcycle Clown Gang. Must own and be willing to use Motorcycle during the event
-Hillbillies (male & female) all body types, beards and long hair are a plus
-Chainsaw Maniac. Must be skilled at operating a chain saw
-Voodoo Musicians (male & female) all body types, must own and be willing to use congo drums, shakers, didgeridoos or any tribal instrument (bring to audition)
-Certified Scuba Diver and Certified Life Guard (male & female) will be working in an above ground pool
-General Scare Monsters (male & female) all heights, sizes

We are also accepting VIDEO SUBMISSIONS. If you can't make it to one of our live audition dates in your city, please submit a video audition. On your video audition, please state your name, your email address and phone number.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN VIDEO SUBMISSIONS:

IMPROV SKILLS: Improv dialogue to the camera in the STYLE of a BACKWOODS HILLBILLY, hungry for human flesh. Think "The Hills Have Eyes" mutants, not Honky Tonk Hillbilly. Make it sinister and creepy. MANDATORY.

PHYSICALITY: Move around on all fours in the STYLE of a WEREWOLF, stalk the camera, and ATTACK with your best Monster Roar/Creature Sound. MANDATORY.
GOT A SPECIAL SCARY CREATURE IN MIND? Feel free to add it on in addition.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Acrobatic? Play guitar or sing? Dance? Contortionist? Show us ANY specialty skills you may possess. NOT MANDATORY.
