Room/Roommate Needed!

My lease is running out at my current apartment and I can't afford to renew it, so I'm looking elsewhere! If you have a room to rent, or if you're also moving soon and would like to lower costs with a roommate, let me know!

~Improvisor/voice actor/cellist/gamer/knitter/pet groomer
~owner of 1 small dog and 1 cat
~can offer two desks, a nice TV, an Xbox and elgato capture unit, a chair, and a couple different bookcases
~non-smoker, light social drinker
What I'm looking for:
~Individual rent <$700
~pet policy that accommodates my furkids
~roommate who wants to hang out and be friends
