Unique Field Day games?

Hey creative, fun and interesting friends!
I'm hosting a field day for my company in April and I need to come up with some games for us to play. There's the old favorites like dizzy bat and egg & spoon races, but I thought this community might have some more unique ideas! We will be playing on teams but can do more individual events.
