AUSTIN PERSONALITIES GET TO SHOW OFF THEIR SMART MOUTHS!
Riding the wave of intellectual discourse that has taken the internet by storm comes TIT TALKS: IDEAS WORTH FAKING. Each night, a different selection of Austin's brightest personalities will take to the stage to share their wisdom on...well, they won't know. Directors Adam Niederpruem and Justin Davidson will be supplying the presentation topics and accompanying visuals, much to the surprise of the guest lecturers who will have to run with them no matter what.
Hosted by KGSR’s talented Kristen Kurtis, the conference runs for every Friday and Saturday at 8pm from February 28-March 22. The cast will include Austin comedy heavyweights from all five Austin comedy theaters: Tom Booker, Asaf Ronen, Brently Heilbron, Bryan “Lubu” Roberts, John Buseman, Ash Nunley, Christina Parrish, Roxy Castillo, David Howe, Bridget Brewer, Katie Thornton, Amy Jordan, Heidi Rogers and Sarah Marie Curry.
Rounding out the show will be a variety of performance sketches including “Tying your Shoes” and “The Balance Brothers” who performed at FunFunFunFest 2013.
TiT Talks aims to be a celebration of Austin’s talent, as performers will combine the skills of stand-up, improvised, and sketch comedy. “The most wonderful and insightful ideas can come to us on-the-spot.” Niederpruem said, “Our performers are so talented I expect most, if not all- of society’s problems to be solved within these eight conferences.”
