Advertising Meeting THIS WEEK!

Post by beardedlamb »

We're going to do this advertising committee meeting Wednesday night at 6:30pm at The Hideout. If you have the same burning desires to help increase houses and turn on new people to improv, come to this meeting. We'll be talking about:
Press Stunts
Contacting radio
2 new runs of nice postcards for our branded shows
Flyer distribution days
Web site maintenance
MySpace maintenance and spiffying up
Distributing Free Tickets

This committee gets the largest chunk of money in the AIC. That means we need lots of people to carry out these initiatives and stick to them. Please come help us spend all this cash.

Who can make this?
Jeremy

I cannot make it for Pgraph is rehearsing.

However, I'd like to add something. I beat this drum a little before, on and off, but we REALLY need to tape more shows. Especially shows on Saturday. Waaaaayyy back when this was first brought up, server and streaming space was a problem, but with YouTube and the like now days, we can post scenes/games from Maestro (that get 5s and kick ass) on someone else's server and just link to them from the AIC and Hideout websites and e-mails.
"What is Maestro?
**show description**
Check out what you're in for by watching these scenes from an actual show!
Buy tickets online here."

I beat this drum a little more recently, but no one's been around with a camera. I think we need to assign someone the responsibility to make it happen. I'll be happy to take the tape and edit out scenes for posting, do some of the post work, but I don't have a camera to do any actual filming.

This last weekend's show would have been great We got about 7 fives with some big audience responses.
"I do."
