Wesley is hijacking the Tuesday Night Jam - 9/19

That's right, I'm taking a Tuesday night off from my other endeavors and returning to the jam, which, I plan to hijack and run some exercises of both well-known origins and my own devising.

Some may work wonders and some may fall flat. Who knows? I don't, because I need guinnea pigs...er, I mean fellow improvisers to help me try them out.

Also, I want to focus on these exercises both in terms of the technicals of the exercise itself (what did and didn't work) AND the philosophy of why this exercise is or is not valuable and what skills it works on.
I am of the strongly held belief that while we all know a lot of games and exercises, we often don't know (or forget or ignore if we do know) WHY we play them. I want that to be an integral part of this Tuesday.

7:00 to 10:00 Tuesday the 19th at the Hideout.

Oh, and wear something that you don't mind getting a wee bit wet...

I'll be there. I stopped going to the jams because it didn't seem like there was ever anyone there who knew enough to run them the whole time (though those present always gave it the old college try). I welcome being put through my paces by a harsh taskmaster. In a kilt.

Kareem, most people may not know that "harp" is slang for a first-generation Irish immigrant, but I do. Blow away.
