Sublease Apt. in NW Austin

Anyone interested or know of someone interested in subleasing an apartment out in NW Austin by LaFrontera (super close to I-35, Mopac 1 and the 45 Toll).
Rent would be $800 w/ pet, or $750 w/o a pet. Apartment is 628-square feet, comes with a washer and dryer, a rather large bathtub and as an added bonus was built on the site of the house used in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Not sure if that last one is a selling point or what, but there it is.
