Just when you thought it couldn't get any hotter, August hits in Austin, Texas. Cooking our brains and making us wonder why we chose to live in such a sweltering city in the first place. Put on your skinny jean shorts, grab a Pabst Blue Ribbon and cool off at The Institution Theater, where we laugh in the face of festering heat, and cool off with some comedy aimed at Austin itself. FUCK. It's Hot!!!
We'll parade all the characters that the Capital City has to offer from the Cult of Barton Springs to a behind-the-scenes look at The Wheatsville Co-op and venture out to the discontented voices of Wimberly. Come witness Lance Armstrong's comeback, the resurrection of Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Fest Fest (a festival celebrating festivals) and full frontal "nudity" that you won’t soon forget!
Hopefully, the Grackles don't swarm down upon us and kill the fun.
