Where do y'all get those groovy posters?

OK, this is serious rookie stuff, but:
-How do you all get such great posters made for your improv shows?
Specifically, I'm curious:
-How you design them (which program you use, the dimensions you work in, etc.)
-Where you get them printed
Thanks in advance for any and all feedback!

not sure on the design front (since I just ask smarter and more talented people...which is most of you...to do that for me). but I've used Ginny's for most of my printing needs (which is a step up from using Kinko's back in college, I suppose.

).

Ginny's has a great deal for local artists.
When I make a poster, I use GIMP. I'm not that great at it though, so I usually outsource it (Kyle & Julia Sweeney get two thumbs up).

12x18" posters
I make them in Photoshop CS4 and use Ginny's Arts Poster Deal

Sometimes I use stock images to build something new, sometimes I use photos from local photographers and photo shoots, it just depends on the show.

Its only $15 for 50 posters if you pick them up from Ginny's yourself. All of the posters have a small white border (I think they say its 1/4").

Was Ginny's the only place that did free poster printing for improv shows, or is there someone else who does it now?
