In Mark Beltzman's Pay What You Can Diagnostics Workshop, students will have a chance to work on the areas of their improv performance that they feel needs assistance. Students will also be evaluated by Mark Beltzman and given guidance, direction and assistance to reach their goals as a performer and have more fun and find more joy when improvising.
This is a Pay What You Can Workshop so students are allowed to pay what they can for the class. Space is limited so students are being asked to register for the class although no payment is required at the time of registration. Please don't register for the class if you aren't 100% certain that you will be able to attend the workshop.
MARK BELTZMAN is a veteran of teaching, acting, and writing for over 30 years. He worked and directed at the famed Second City in Chicago and was a founding member of the Improv Olympic and the Legendary Group Baron's Barracudas in Chicago. Del Close was a Teacher, Mentor, and Personal Friend. Mark's work has influenced many performers, young and old, who continue to value him as a source of creativity and inspiration. He continues to be a requested advisor and coach to some of the most notable talent around the world.
In his distinguished career, Mark has worked with; Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Steve Carrell, George Wendt, John Candy, Stephen Colbert, Jim Belushi, Adam Sandler, John Goodman, Tj Jagodowski, Dave Pasquesi, and 'Whose Line Is It Anyways' alumni Colin Mochrie, Ryan Stiles, and Brad Sherwood, just to name a few.
Mark has also acquired a great deal of knowledge about the creative process of producing, writing, and directing while performing in such notable productions as: Mo Money, Billy Madison, The Wedding Singer, Speed 2, Star maps, Lovely and Amazing, Employee of the Month, Factory, Seinfeld, Roseanne, Norm, Curb Your Enthusiasm, According to Jim, Cold Case, House, True Jackson VP, The Young and the Restless, and Pretty Little Liars.
