Seeking Nanny for 1 Year Old, Possibly Live In

We are looking for someone to help care for our little guy May - September 2013 while Grandma is away. Pass it around! Let us know if you or someone you know might be a good fit.

What we need:

Maximum 20 hours a week childcare
(2 hours weekday mornings 7 - 9am, Most likely 1 weekend evening 5 hours, 1 weekend daytime 5 hours= 20 hours max)
Get him ready for school in the morning: feed him breakfast, clean him up, playtime, drop him off at school after 8:30am
Light housekeeping for him: his laundry, make his breakfast, etc.
Cooking, shopping, other duties possible to add on if desired
Who we are looking for:
Loves young children
Morning person/early riser
Non smoker
Childcare experience
Safe driver with own transportation
Quiet lifestyle
Clear and responsive communication
A good fit with our family


About us:

Dad is a self-employed software developer. Mom runs an improv comedy school. Toddler is a laid back, happy guy. We have three kitties on the premises as well. Grandma winters here when she’s not in Wisconsin.

What we are offering:

20 hours childcare x 12/hr = $960 a month

OR

You can live in our furnished back house and have $660 rent deducted from your pay, utilities included. The apartment is excellent and includes flat screen tv, laundry machine access, and fast wifi.

Take home pay for live-in Nanny would be $300 a month
