Hi everyone! I'll be in Texas for different pieces of January, February, and March to film a webseries written and produced by my friend Lili and I. Lili is handling most of the casting, since it'll be happening before I'm in town. Casting call is posted below. All work is unpaid, non-union.
Austintatious
Synopsis: A comedic webseries exploring the idiosyncrasies of regional cultures - specifically Austin, New York City, and the Midwest - through the adventures of two recent Austin transplants and their friends.
Characters:
Jayden: 27yo female. New Yorker. Redhead or dark brunette. Forceful, independent, competent, savvy, and no-nonsense. Dresses stylishly but in very dark colors. Works in social media. Prefer someone with acting, comedic, or improv training.
Austin: 28yo male. Austinite. Slender, gangly, or athletic build. Hipster-inspired styling. Self-employed in the tech industry, avid cyclist, mellow personality, fad dieter. Prefer someone with acting, comedic, or improv training.
Travis: 28yo male. Rural Texan living in Austin. Tall, broad-shouldered, tan. Owns lots of plaid, flannel, cowboy boots, and hats. Very relaxed, polite, and gentlemanly, knows a lot about cattle and the outdoors.
Notes: Initial filming of the first four episodes will take place Wednesday January 23 mid-afternoon, Saturday January 26 early evening, Wednesday January 30 mid-afternoon, Saturday February 2 early evening. There will be a similar filming schedule in late March for the next four episodes.

Casting for Webseries
Fatigued, but classy.
Also, there are two cameo roles, one as a kind bus stop crazy and one as a hippie Whole Foods employee that I was really specifically hoping would go to Austin improvisers. The filming for those two roles would also be significantly less, just one day out of the four. Gender for either is flexible, though we were leaning male for bus stop and female for Whole Foods. You can message me directly on here if you're interested in either of those!
Fatigued, but classy.
