The first play I'm directing at Bowie (my new job) runs this coming weekend and some folks have expressed interest in coming out. It's an Ionesco play from the theatre of the absurd, very funny, and Jason Vines is doing some awesome special effects makeup for us. The main character finds himself generally disinterested in life in New Orleans when suddenly all the people around him begin transforming into rhinoceroses. It's hilarious and defiant, and non-conformist.
