Austin’s premier extreme haunted adventure, SCARE for a CURE, proudly presents this year’s attraction “Summer Camp Massacre” and YOU are invited to attend our annual kickoff event and first round of auditions on Saturday August 4th from 2-6pm. Come out and get an inside look at the haunt this year and even audition for your very own role in the terror! Come enjoy delicious snacks and amazing door prizes! You will have the opportunity to talk to our experienced haunters one on one and find out what you can do to help spread the fear! Come out and find a place in our SCARE family that best fits you. We need your help in a variety of areas including Special Effects, Props, Makeup, Haunt Construction, Costuming, Food, Fundraising, Marketing, Acting and More!

Are you interested in Acting with Scare For A Cure?
The second audition is coming up! Please mark your calendars for Saturday 9/15 at 3pm. Auditions will be held out at Ghost Town (14219 Littig Road, Manor TX 78653). It's also a Build day so you can get some Build time in as well.

If you can't make the audition's on 9/15, come out to a Build day and ask for the following people (in this order): Jennifer Brinlee, Susan Pratt, Jarrett Crippen.
***Please note: if you talk to Jarrett w/out Jennifer or Susan around, email Jennifer @ casting@scareforacure.org. Jarrett is a wee bit forgetful with all the Scare rolling around in his brain. (Oh and I'm not kidding... sorry Jarrett! ;)

To prepare you for the audition, it's very simple. Think about the kind of role you want, speaking, non-speaking (Boo scare or Creepy). You'll let us know and we'll have you audition based on that role type.

Already Auditioned but not heard back?
If so, I probably don't have your correct email address, so send an email over to me at casting@scareforacure.org with your name so we can take care of that.

PART TWO of getting a role with Scare is that you accept the role and give me your available dates. If you were in our first round of auditions and you do not accept your role by 9/10/12, it is possible it will be re-cast. Don't make me do it! Send me your acceptance now at casting@scareforacure.org. We picked you for a reason!
