Need a roommate anytime between Sept & Nov

Hey hey hey!

My roommate is skipping the country this fall and I really don't want to move, so does anyone want to take her place? Our place is on Shoal Creek Blvd. near Anderson Lane, and it's a sweet 2bd/1ba condo with tile floors, washer/dryer, and gas appliances. The unit overlooks the pool. It's a really nice place, with a very nice and accommodating private owner landlord.

Rent is $945/month and the water and gas bills are paid by the complex. The electricity bills have not been very high, even when it was really hot.

I'd need you to move in sometime between September and November (she's flexible on her move-out date).

Oh, also, I have a dog. He's very sweet and well-trained, but I would need you to be comfortable with him and make friends with him.

Clarification: the TOTAL rent is $945/month. So $472.50 each.
