IN DIRE NEED OF HELP!

Post by phlounderphil »

Okay, seems it takes a little while for people to respond on the forum, so let's just say that I am dying.

Here's the deal.

I was supposed to direct Maestro tomorrow night, but Kazillionaire* has been finishing after 10PM every night. This is sad, because it means that there will be no possible way I can direct Maestro.

I know this is short notice but it just occured to me.

Is anyone willing to direct maestro in my place tomorrow (it could be a good warm-up for those of you playing Gorilla afterwards!)

I will be indebted to you, which could work out in your favor.

thank you.

So, proving that he is one of the greatest people in the improv community, James Roberts has stepped up and offered to direct maestro tonight.

HOWEVER, he needs a co-director! Will someone please step forward and help this man co-direct Maestro tonight.

Worse comes to worst, I'll be running into the theatre 20 minutes late to help him direct the show.

Let's start supporting each other like everyone is always talking about.

Somebody step-up to support James tonight.

I would, because I love me some directing, but this is my last chance to see some Kazillionaire*, and I'm not going to miss it.
Do we have a cast lined up?

You bet. I'll be there to co-direct with James, if that's all good.

Today, I am a Man.

I participated in my first Maestro tonight. I hadn't even seen a Maestro before, but they were dunning for volunteers after Cops and Lawyers, and I couldn't say no.

I had a helluva time.

Thanks to James and Mark for directing, and for not pulling any punches when it came to sticking me into games I don't know. It was a learning experience, and I'm ready to tackle Maestro and Blue Micetro next week...

To everyone else involved, you all did a hella good job, and it was a privilege performing with you.

Peace out.

Also, I guess the above post kinda says, "Sign me up for Maestro and Bleu Micetro next week."
