FACT OF THE DAY: In 1902, Moses B. Cotsworth proposed an alternate calendar with 13 months of 28 days each. Kodak founder George Eastman was a fan of the new system, and from 1928 to 1989, the Kodak corporation used Cotsworth's alternate calendar for all official company business.
