Temp room available NOW

I have a desperate need for a temp subletter until June 30th. If you know of any peeps looking, I have a sweet little condo down on Riverside. Private bath, private balcony, washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher. The rent is $425/month, but I'll take any amount of that that someone can provide.
