Merlin Works hosts monthly improv mixers at Salvage Vanguard Theater. The Mixer is intended to help improvisers make new friends and form or find troupes to rehearse and perform with. It’s kinda like speed dating for improvisers.
Often times, the Mixer also serves as auditions for upcoming Gnap! Theater projects shows and troupes. This time around the mixer will serve as casting for Patrick Knisely's Chicago style/narrative mashup; sci-fi/fantasy; avant garde/experimental troupe. These troupes serve as House Troupes for Gnap! at SVT with regular shows during the Saturday Night Special held every Saturday at 10pm.
