The Institution Theater is offering anyone and everyone a chance for you to learn something about the Art Of Improvisation by offering three FREE IMPROV WORKSHOPS!!!!

These Free Improv Workshops will be lead by Institution TheaterInstructors, Tom Booker and Asaf Ronen, Kristin Firth and Ted Meredith
who have nearly 50 years of combined experience in the Art Of Improvisation. Tom Booker taught at The Second City Training Center in
Los Angeles where he used his improv skills to book more than 80 commercials. Before moving to Los Angeles, Tom Booker studied at The
Second City in Chicago, trained with legendary improv Guru Del Close at The ImprovOlympic and helped to start Chicago's Annoyance Theatre. Tom Booker has been studying and teaching improvisation for more than 24 years. Asaf Ronen is the creator and Editor-in-Chief of YESand.com, a website devoted to improvisation, and is the author of Directing Improv: Show the Way By Getting Out of the Way. He has been involved in improv since 1990, starting in college and working with Theatresports, ComedySportz and directing his own longform improv troupe, Hiatus, where he helped create original formats. Asaf has taught improvisation in Canada, Great Britain, Norway and in twenty-two of The United States. His directing credits include the all-girl group goga, the improvised comic book adventure show Ka-Baam!!, and Death in the City, a dramatic longform improv piece, at the NY Fringe Festival.

Space is limited. Please leave your name, phone number, the number of people that will be attending the workshop and whether you would like to attend the workshop on Monday, May 14th from 7 pm to 9 pm OR Wednesday, May 16th from 7 pm to 9 pm OR Saturday, May 19th from 3 pm to 5 pm. (These are three separate two-hour improv workshops. You do not need to be available to attend all of the workshops. It's the exact same workshop being presented multiple times.)

Remember, everyone is welcome regardless of experience or skill level. You will learn a lot and you will laugh a lot.
