I'm a moderator, but not a cool-enough moderator to know what's going on or how to fix it.

It's still happening for me. Also Kim Cox is unable to login to the forums or retrieve her password without the timeout or debug errors popping up. Can you help her out?

it seems to come and go for me lately. is this at all tied to the number of people multiposting?

Yep still happening for everyone. Lesson learned is
don't repost, your message went through.
Tell Kim to send a message to Bob (arclight). I'm just a newbie mod.

They're getting more frequent, seems like, and the error message is a little different. "Could not connect to smtp host : -1075460636 :"
Messages are still going through, but still, lots of reposts as a result. I'm pinging Bob.

Bob said he fixed something-or-other, post here if you see the error again.
