42 inch HDTV for $200, large Giant road bike for $450

Post by Tim Traini »

Hey, I dunno if you guys recall Dave Seibert, but he's in a jam. Well, he's living in Korea and I'm clearing out his stuff in Austin. Some of it won't fit in his car and is too big to worry about saving.

Edit: Okay I deleted the previous bits since the dryer is taken care of. Now I have this TV and this bike taking up space in my house, and I need to sell at least one of these things so I can mail the rest of his stuff home.

TV is an Element ELDFT421 w/dog-attacked remote, no dead pixels or issues I could find.

Bike is a large blue Giant Aluxx Butted OCR3 6000 series. It was only used shortly and then put into storage so it's pretty newish still, and only needs adjustments (the tubes should hold air, it's just flat cause it's been sitting locked up so long). $450 would be ideal but I can poke Dave and see if I can haggle it down.

Yeah I'm gonna stop by the storage unit tomorrow and get all the details, I should have realized that before I made this post on my phone.

I decided to not be lazy and drive there as I realize the faster this moves the faster my job is done.

Dryer is an electric Whirlpool, looks like this one but with the handle on the top of the door panel instead of on the left http://www.whirlpool.com/-[WED4800XQ]-1 ... WED4800XQ/

TV is an Element ELDFT421 which currently retails for $430 or so at Walmart, but doesn't look to be in stock anymore (it's probably a year and a half old despite only being used for a short time, so replaced by whatever's new).

Oh yeah the remote looks workable but has been chewed by a dog it looks like, a universal remote would probably work though.

If you know anyone that might want that dryer and has a van or truck to haul it in, it doesn't fit in my car as I found out. Really want to get that out of there ASAP so I can finish the last of this moving.

Bumping this since the dryer is gone, but I still have this TV and this bike I need to get rid of, and soonish, mostly cause the money from this goes into shipping the rest of Dave's stuff home and I'm sick of it taking up space in my house. I can't do anything until I sell these so if you know anyone interested, lemme know.

Edited changes in the OP.
