Austin Improv

Merlin Works hosts monthly improv mixers at Salvage Vanguard Theater. The Mixer is intended to help improvisers make new friends and form or find troupes to rehearse and perform with. It’s kinda like speed dating for improvisers.

Often times, the Mixer also serves as auditions for upcoming Gnap! Theater projects shows and troupes.

At this mixer Liz Brammer will be casting for 'Pocketful of Posies' -- A pair of lady friends, unsatisfied with the normal world, go on an adventure, subverting expectations and liberting themselves through the power of being awesome. Don’t just escape the frame of expectations – destroy it, then rebuild it better than ever. 'Pocketful of Posies' is a psychedelic celebration of the pure happiness of the creative process, joyful bonding, and solidarity.

Hey y'all, I'll also be there casting for the next Merlin Works troupe, which is also my first-ever coaching/directing/whatever gig. Very excited, very nervous, ready to make a lot of mistakes either way.
