Hello friends!
Starting April 24th I'm offering lunchtime yoga for the folks who work in the downtown and surrounding area (or any area, really). Class will be upstairs in the Hideout. Normally $12, but $10 for all AIC folks. Tuesdays class will be at 1pm and on Thursdays class will be at noon. These classes will happen until the end of time....or until I become so good at yoga that I levitate into the sky and disappear....but until then, classes will be happening and they will be awesome.

Any skill level welcome, and I promise to make class entertaining for you if it's your first time or your 108th.

I always figured that when you got good enough at yoga (and they got smartphones miniaturized enough) you'd simply retreat into your own navel.
