Opening nights tonight for MacDaddy's Bar & Grill at Coldtowne, Process at Hideout, Mamet Goes to the Movies at Institution, and the new Gnap! troupe Pecan Grove at SVT. Good luck you crazy kids!

FACT OF THE DAY: The first person to use the word 'period' in a U.S. TV commercial was future 'Friends' star Courteney Cox, in a 1985 Tampax ad.

They were easing into it. The exact line was, "Tampax is the best choice to deal with your monthly feminine events, period."
