Need Housemates in the 78745 lots of perks!!!!

Looking for a couple of roommates. Each on their own individual lease. The first room is $505 and will be sharing a bathroom with me . The second room is the master, which has its on his/her bathroom for $600. Utilities run as high as $70 in the very hot summer and as low as $30 in the winter. The house is located in South Austin in the 78745 zip. There is an organic garden and three laying hens, plus I bring home a free pound of coffee a week as perks. Green living home. If interested let me know so we can arrange a time to show. Rooms available after SXSW.

Yeah kind of, I don't set the prices. Haha! I think my landlady will eventually have to lower rent.

I also realized I forgot to put in here that the bedrooms can come furnished or unfurnished. Whatever one needs. Has basic kitchen stuff and lots of furniture but feel free to bring your own as well. There is plenty of space and I am a firm believer in "no such thing as to many couches"
