Anyone need an apt. for Mar. 1 to Apr. 15?

I'm closing on the condo on Friday, but I still have 7 weeks left on my lease. I'm hoping to get a sublet going from Mar. 1 to April 15th.

It's a 1/1 in the Arboretum Area, and I'll leave the wireless Internet on.

You should try renting it out for SXSW- you might be able to get enough to cover a good chunk of the rent. Especially if there is a bus route close by.
