Why is Kaci's hair always longer on TV than in person?

Is this one of those "the camera adds 10 lbs." things?

In Beeler's case - the camera adds 4 inches of hair.

Yah, I saw the Amazon and Milksop show last Thursday. Maybe she had it pinned up - but it still seemed extra long in the the commercial.
