Confidence Men loves the stage. Their two B. Iden Payne Awards suggest, maybe, it loves them back. But they also love the movies. All movies. Between the six of them, they've seen way too many.
For one night only, the rapid-fire sextet will pool their cinematic knowledge to improvise scenes recreating or inspired by actual movies suggested by the audience. This is an effort to raise some money for their upcoming tour of Vancouver and Seattle.
CONFIDENCE MEN is Chris Allen, Tom Booker, Jeff Britt, Michael Ferstenfeld, Troy Miller and Asaf Ronen.
OPENING WILL BE SPECIAL GUESTS THE GLAMPING TRIP
The duo of John Ratliff and David Lee Hess play "grounded improv." Everything is created completely in the moment, with an aim to be funny by playing recognizably real human beings. They don't bail on them if they turn out to be a little sad or awkward.
