Roommate wanted!

AJ Holler and I are looking for a roommate Feb. 1st in North Loop area. It's a 3/2 and rent is $420 a month (plus approx $80-100 for utilities). Big backyard, super close to ColdTowne. There is one dog in the house. Lease is up in July with option to resign.
AJ and I are both improvisers. We like jokes and snacks. Baxter is my dog. He also likes snacks.
