Looking for roommate for sunny house in Cherrywood Feb 1st

Hi all! My roommate is moving to LA, so I'm looking for someone to take his bedroom in our cute, sunny 2-1 house in Cherrywood/French Place starting Feb 1st. Rent is $500 + utilities. It has a huge backyard and is very close to UT, Salvage Vanguard, the Vortex, and coffeeshops, restaurants, and buses. I have a Craigslist ad, but the forum isn't letting me post links right now.
