When are the big, special events for the AIC happening

Post by shando »

Helping do some planning for some stuff in 2012, and it got me thinking about when all the big events are.

Off the top of my head, here's what I know:

Gnap/MW Homecoming--Feb 17-18
SXSW (not improv per se but some folks do stuff for this)--March 8--17
Improvised Play Festival--April 12-15
LAFF--May 10--12
Marathon--May 31-June 2
OoB--Aug 29--September 3
Just Like the Rodeo (hardly big yet, but we do it)--Sep 7--29
Wafflefest--November 15--17
AIC potluck--November 18
Same Year's Eve-Dec 30

When does CTT do Austin SketchFest? Are there other big community events out there?

New Movement is doing an Improv Wins Festival that first weekend in January as well. They also participate in Fun Fun Fun fest and do a late night marathon thing at some point I believe, but I don't know dates.
