Austin Improv

A friend of mine has a new place and is unfortunately still paying rent on the old place and can't find a taker for his lease if anyone's looking, sO I offered to see if anyone here was interested. The lease ends in April and the rent's been paid for December, there's a $475 deposit and a $30 app fee.
