AIC Potluck---Who's Bringing What?

Hey,
As you all probably know, the AIC potluck is scheduled for Nov 20th. While I haven't had confirmation that the invitation was accepted, I'm assuming that the event is happening at the newly renovated Institution Theater.

It is called a potluck because that is exactly what it is....we all bring food! Please sign up for what you would like to bring. If you aren't big on cooking, there is also a need for utensils, napkins, plates, cups, drinks etc.

To cut down on waste, you're encouraged to use reusable, non-disposable serving platters etc if possible. Maybe some of you have sets of picnic dishes that you are willing to bring along and take home and put in your dishwasher, that's be fantabulous...(BYOP)!

I will bring a vegan main dishy salad (I often bring it, people seem to enjoy it! Butternut squash, chickpeas, tahini, lemon) and will bring something else based on need. I also will bring my own dinnerware and our photographer for the event!

I'll bring a 7-layer salad.

Also, all those bringing dishes that need a SERVING utensil (ladle, spoon, fork, etc) should also please bring one -- maybe one you don't mind loosing. We are always short on things like that.

No, Katie, no! There will be plenty of food! We wouldn't need to resort to cannibalism unless something awful happened! Even in cases like that, there's almost NEVER dessert!
