Hey guys, I'm helping a friend who's in a graduate directing class at UT. He's looking for one actress in her 20's to play the role of Fran from the 1960's movie The Apartment. Here's the scoop:

University of Texas at Austin film student seeking cast for Undergrad
directing class exercise, a short scene from “THE APARTMENT" a 1960's film.

SYNOPSIS: Bud and Fran talk after Fran tries to kills herself on Christmas Eve.

CASTING:
Fran - can pull off mid 20's

DATES:
The only known date right now is a short live performance during the class on this Thursday (10/27) at ~2pm-2:45pm, but there will also be 2-3 short rehearsal times (based on your availability) and the scene will be shot near the first week of November.

COMPENSATION:
DVD version of the final product will be given once the scene is completed

If you are interested, please e-mail a resume (not actually necessary, don't sweat if you don't have one) and a headshot or recent picture of yourself to:
vincentallport@gmail.com
or if you know me, and would feel more comfortable going through me, just message me here or on Facebook.

I didn't mention that I'm playing Bud, and I'm really excited to do this. It's a great opportunity to get some acting experience without having to commit loads of time to an extended project. DO IT.

Yeah, you just perform on a stage, pretending to be someone else to tell a story.

Yeah, Kareem makes a good point, we don't want your kind...

...but we might definitely need you, so send a picture of yourself to Vincent!
